here and there

Oh man, we've been having some good times here. We went to the Santa Cruz beach last Saturday. There is a very nice theme park along the beach called the Boardwalk. We took two rides, a glider and an 80 year old rollercoaster (the 7th oldest in the US), I wasn't sure if that was a good thing, but rollercoasters are always fun. Then we just walked around and watched the people around us. The weather was great, which is no surprise. Last Sunday we drove around Napa Valley where we looked at some vineyards. We took a tour around the Robert Mondavi winery. We learned about the process of making wines. It was fun. In the end we got to taste three kinds of wine, two whites and a red one, very good. We hadn't eaten very much that day and I believe I was a bit tipsy from drinking the wine!
